1. About this Policy
1.1. This Policy explains how Findlee uses cookies, browser local storage, session storage and similar technologies on the public findlee.com.ua website, in the dashboard at app.findlee.com.ua, and in the Findlee widget on Customer websites.
1.2. Findlee is provided by individual entrepreneur Denis Dmytrovych Apekin, Ukrainian taxpayer registration number 3312916352, country of state registration: Ukraine. Privacy email: welcome@nextdoorcoders.com.
1.3. This Policy supplements the Privacy Policy. The relevant Customer’s privacy policy and cookie notice also apply to a widget on that Customer’s website.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
2.1. A cookie is a small file stored by a website in the browser.
Browser local storage, or localStorage, does not
automatically expire when the browser closes. Session storage, or
sessionStorage, generally remains until the relevant
browser session ends.
2.2. Essential technologies provide a requested feature, authentication, security, language selection or operation of the widget. Blocking them may make the relevant feature unavailable. Analytics technologies help measure visits and website use and are activated only after consent where consent is required.

3.1. Before consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and
_ga and _ga_YP5RX3X0C8 are not created. After
rejection, optional analytics cookies are not created and existing
Google Analytics cookies are removed by the website’s controls.
3.2. findlee_widget_session_id may be created before a
banner choice because it operates the requested chat widget and is not
used for Google Analytics or advertising profiling.

4.1. Google Analytics is not loaded in the dashboard.
_ga and _ga_YP5RX3X0C8 may be technically
visible on app.findlee.com.ua where a user previously consented to
Google Analytics on the main domain because those cookies are set for
the parent .findlee.com.ua domain. The dashboard does not
run Google Analytics or create events using those cookies.
4.2. Widget keys may also be present in the dashboard browser where the user has opened a widget in the same browser. Their purposes and durations are described in Section 5.

5.1. The widget does not use Findlee Google Analytics. If a Customer separately connects its own analytics, advertising or widget-event processing, the Customer is responsible for disclosure, an appropriate legal basis and consent management on its Resource.
5.2. Server-side conversation history and related images are deleted
after 60 days of inactivity. After that deletion, any
findlee_widget_session_id remaining in
localStorage is no longer linked to the deleted
conversation.
6. Managing Choices
6.1. On the public website, a user may:
- accept analytics cookies;
- reject optional cookies;
- reopen the banner through the Cookie Settings link in the footer; and
- delete cookies and local data through browser settings.
6.2. A choice is stored for 6 months. After that period the website may ask the user to choose again. New consent may also be required after a material change to the purposes or list of optional technologies.
6.3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Rejecting analytics does not block the main website functions. Blocking essential technologies in the browser may disrupt sign-in, settings or widget operation.
7. Roles of Findlee and the Customer
7.1. Findlee determines the purposes of technologies on its own website and dashboard and is responsible for implementing user choices in those environments.
7.2. On a Customer website, the Customer determines how and why the widget is used and is responsible for its privacy policy, cookie notice, third-party analytics settings and obtaining consent where required.
7.3. Findlee provides technologies required for the widget and does not use them for independent advertising to visitors of Customer websites.
8. Recipients and International Transfers
8.1. Google Analytics data is transferred to Google only after consent on the public website. Google may process it in the EEA, the United States and other countries under its terms and international-transfer mechanisms.
8.2. Findlee technical data is processed on Contabo server infrastructure in the EU region. Recipients and international transfers are described further in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and Contact
9.1. We update this Policy when technologies, durations, providers or law change. The version date appears at the beginning. Where a new purpose requires consent, we will request it before activating the relevant technology.
